Again, this is a 200MB file, 19 minutes, XvID encoded /w ffmpeg (mpg4) container, AC3 Audio.

Windows Users:
I'm a pure Mac-man, so those of you using Windows may need to download one or both of the following codecs to view the Video. I searched and found the links for these codecs for you.

ffMpeg/Directshow
http://www.free-codecs.com/download/FFDShow.htm

Xvid
http://www.xvidmovies.com/codec/

There will not be any re-ups! Sorry to sound like an asshole, but it has taken me nearly a month total to first get the video transferred, formatted and encoded correctly just to have it on my own DVD, let alone trying to rip it to a decent format, and then the uploading took all day today. Let me again stress that if you are on dialup, you download and use a "download manager".

One love bassheads.

I downloaded it, right now I can see the picture but don't hear anything but I'm on my way to work so I'll play with the other codecs tonight and see what I can get, right now it pulled up my Divx codec to play it. As far as re-upping I can throw it on the site soon so it's downloadable.

I know it works fine and dandy here. I was thinking though, if you have any problems with it after installing the necessary Windows codecs, let me know. I'll perhaps re-encode it into a QuickTime format. Xvid is my primary choice though. I don't know how the Divx players and such work under Windows, but i'm pretty sure once you install mpeg4 container support (ffmpeg) you should be sweet.

You have the bandwith to store the Cactus Vid? That's excellent my friend. :)

I was telling Jericho to resend an email. As far as the cactus video I'll be upping that soon to this site and I'll post the link in this thread when that's done.

Does anyone know if Wordz of Wizdom and Triple Stage Darkness ever had full videos or just the one verse vids that show on the Cactus Video?

I was quite tired last night by the time that this uploaded. I couldn't get it to work on my computer until I downloaded the all in one codec that Serpico mentioned. Now it does work fine, so if you have a Windows machine and can't get it to work right, try that before pulling your hair out.

Big thanks to Bugs for taking the time and effort to digitize this for everyone to see. I will probably be playing around with it on my computer now and try and get it on a DVD so I can preserve it for myself. I know my copy of the Cactus Video has seen better days and doesn't play well anymore... and besides, who watches VHS anymore.

The file is available from this site by right clicking and saving the file from the link I provided in the previous message. I'm working on an upgraded look to the site which is why it won't be on the download page for a while.
