I know it was only the first show but I didn't see anyone I'm thinking will be the next big thing. John Brown or whatever his name was annoys the hell out of me already. He's king of the burbs and all that shit. It was nice to see Serch out doing his own thing again though.

What was up with the guy that got eliminated on the first show. Your competition is to go write some rhymes down and he comes back with nothing... wtf? What part of competition didn't he understand? That's like qualifying for a race then getting there and deciding you don't want to run.

None of these people are good....they all look dysfunctional ; bunch of clowns. It makes for good tv though.

I'm an "entity" ! I wish I had a T shirt that said that. Then people can come up to me and say, "Are you a corporation or a limited liability partnership?".

I thought it was funny he was walking around the Bronx with a Waylon Jennings shirt.
Some of his songs on myspace aren't that bad.  But I think I'm more into the beats and production.

What's up with that guy wearing the Hugo Chavez t shirt ? Misfit was hot but too many tatoos. I thought the ending to the second episode as she was voted off was very funny even though very stereotypical.

I love the show.  I find it hilarious and entertaining.  It's a shame Dasit blew it, because I thought he had skills.  John Brown is annoying (King of the Burbs), but when Persia put her dildo on his mouth, he should have punched her.  That was totally uncalled for!  I loved the way Serch punished her for her use of the N-word!  What a brilliant way to teach a much needed lesson to a loud mouth bully.

Persia (from my perspective) completely lost it.  Being annoyed with John Brown is one thing.  Acting the way she did?  Whoa.  That is one emotionally unstable girl.

there musts be crack in the drinks they're giving those kids, Persia and little G have gone off after drinking this season already. I'm just catching up on the show on Tivo. I think it's great. Serch is really holding it down and keeping it about hip hop, not some gimmic rap crap. The guest have been great, and Serch really does critique them very well. it's about finding a good hip hop personality as anything with this group, but who knows, some of their skills may blossom. I agree that Dasit has some skills, too bad he wigged out and wasn't into writing rhymes. He just caved under pressure and didn't know what to do. I really like how Serch handled him getting pretty heated, but Serch stayed very articulate. Serch is really nailing it as a host too, his years on the radio are paying off, it's tough to say things well and keep it interesting to keep the action going, but Serch is really stepping up and doing a nice job.
