Whoa - "Hip Hop History - White, Black and Other Will Be Made On This Night" ...

Could that be a 3rd Bass performance tease?? - The event is being held in Brooklyn, I would think Pete would roll through.

Wish I could make it - anyone else here from the NYC area???

If Pete does not show up to this event, I will be extremely disappointed. Although, a no show by Pete also gives me closure. Because I will finally be able to accept the fact that there will never be a 3rd Bass reunion. Yes homies...never.

I agree Problem Child -

After Serch's recent surge in popularity, the lost tapes being released on M.Y.L.A. and the inevitable fact that the clock is ticking (Serch is 40 now!) - the time is now or never for the reunion.

This party will be a good indication if anything is planned - if Pete's a no-show, I'm in the "closure camp" with Problem Child.

Did anyone ever consider the possibility that Serch IS Pete Nice?

Funny, I've never actually seen them together.
You always see Serch and then Serch conveniently leaves using the excuses, "I need to quickly get my tires rotated", "Great Cesar's Ghost I left a ham in the oven!", "Heaven to Betsy, I forgot to bring the scones I made for everyone!!!!!!"....
Serch sprints off stage, screaming and crying then - TA DA!!!!!!!  Pete Nice comes walking out on stage to do his verse.

Hmmmmmmmmm, pretty sneaky Serch.
Maybe that's where the term 'sneaky Pete' got it's namesake from.

No way are they the same person. I know because both of them are sitting next to me right now reading that post Jorge, and all three of us are laughing our asses off. We all say you get the Gasface for that one kid.

Problem Child,

Who are you?  And, how do you know Pete and Serch personally?  Inquiring minds want to know...

I don't really know them. But if I did, I still think that whole scenario I typed would have happened anyway, after reading that post from Jorge. Even if he was tryin' to be funny, it just didn't make me laugh. I guess I don't get British humor...well...except for Benny Hill.

Word East. Yeah, I'm gettin' a European flava from Jorge. No shit kid, I wish I knew them too! Not to sound like a know it all, but if you go to Serch's Myspace page, I'm sure he'll holla at ya. That is if he really oversees it and he has the time.

GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR.
You better be laughing!  I'm quite the artist with a tire-iron.

I'm not British.  I'm Czech, Irish, American Indian and German.... and born in the ol' U - S of A.

Jorge, you gots to chill. I'm just playin. What would be funny is, if you really did think they were the same person.

Now, on to the Roast. Someone must get pics, video, audio or anything. I'm dyin' to see Serch get roasted whether Pete is there or not. It would be cool if Ego Trip put out a DVD. We should hit up their Myspace/ Homepage...whatever, with mad emails. Tell them they could make some loot selling the DVD's.
