Huge fan of their production. I loved the first 2 albums too, but haven't really paid attention to them since '94 or so. They're probably in my top five list of producers of all time.

I owned the first Beatnuts EP and just recently re-purchased a copy of their debut album which was great. They ruled as producers. Everything they touched turned to gold - major contributions to Fat Joe, Kurious and Pete Nice. Plus Psycho Les was a good rapper and had real good rhymes. I didn't know Fashion left so I wonder how that affected the group.
Anybody have suggestions what album after their debut is a good one to pickup?

I only have their debut CD too. Interested to hear reviews of the rest, if any are worth a listen.

Check their 2nd album from 94, thats almost as nice at the debut EP. Really good beats and rhymes. The name of it is STREET LEVEL / BEATNUTS... I dont really know for shure. Also check the Al Tariq album from 96. Thats album is a BOMB!! The NUTS productions after the 2 first albums just wasnt as they used to be...
